Why I started building
Restaurant knowledge often lives in binders, memory, and whoever has time to explain. Teach began as an attempt to turn that knowledge into repeatable practice.
Clear progress starts with an honest status.
Work exists, but current behavior, independent checks, or outcome evidence is incomplete.
The attempt and failure are real evidence. They are not presented as a successful result.
The direction is documented. Implementation or real-world proof still has to happen.
The evidence is missing, stale, conflicting, or too weak to support a public claim.
